Possible Problems

The Online Catalog does not accept my username and password.
We review all access requests to look for incomplete submissions, which are removed.  You may fill out the registration form completely to regain your access.  If your access continually fails after a period of time, and you did fill out the form completely, please send an email to info@econ2way.com with your username and password and ask to have your info reset. 

You get Scripting errors:
 This is due to you using an older browser.  Choose the non-JavaScript table of contents to get into the online catalog.   JavaScript is not essential to using the site, though some features such as the calculator and notepad will not work.  Upgrade to a 4.0 browser to correct the problem.

When ordering through the secure forms, errors occur.
 Either you browser is to old and does not support SSL, or our server is busy at the moment.  You can try again in a few minutes or you could use the non-secure form.   
  
Shopping Cart Problems / Tips
 
When clicking the "View Cart" or "Order" buttons, you occasionally get a "Page Not Available Error" or something similar:
This problem is an unpleasant by-product of the secure server environment.  Simply clicking your back button and trying again will remedy the problem.

QUICK TIP: To send multiple items to the cart at one time, just fill in several quantity boxes and click any one of the "Order" buttons.
