Economy 2-Way Distributors - Terms And Conditions


Net 30 Days			On approved account only. ( Open accounts require completion of credit application.) A finance charge of 2% per month will be charged on all invoices which are not paid within the defined terms. Unique items or options may require payment in advance
Credit Card Order			MasterCard,Visa and American Express may be used for any orders.
			New accounts will be shipped with payment in advance or credit card.
Shipping			All orders shipped via UPS F.O.B. Laconia, New Hampshire 03246, with transportation charges pre-paid and added to the invoice.
Shipping Schedule			All in-stock items will be shipped UPS on the same day, if order is received prior to 3:00 pm
Return For Credit			Prior authority and a Returned Authorization (RA) number must be given by Economy 2-Way Distributors Inc. in order to process any return. Items returned without an RA number marked on the shipping cartons will be refused. Credit will be issued only on new, unmarked merchandise in original shipping containers. A 20% restocking and refurbishing charge may be applied at the option of Economy 2-Way Distributors Inc.
Special Orders			Partial or full payment may be required in advance on special orders.
Price Changes			Prices are subject to change without notice.
Statement			It is requested that our customers pay from invoices as we do not issue statements.
Returned Checks			A $15.00 fee will be charged on all checks returned for insufficient funds.
